The RF-4E was finally retired from Greek service in 2017. It wears special markings applied in 2008 to celebrate 30 years of the RF-4E in Hellenic service. | |||

In 2008 he received a special Painted Anniversary Aircraft of 348 TRS, During the Celebrations for the 30 Years of the RF-4E in the Hellenic Air Force and the 50 Years of the Phantom II. Today is exposed in Hellenic Air Force Museum. | |||
